Bottler: Rare Saint Spirits

ABV: 50%

Score: 91 Points

From the first sip, the caramel honey sweetness stands out, with a bit of fruitiness that leans toward peach or apricot. There’s a touch of oak on the nose, and all those flavors transition smoothly onto the palate. What makes this one stand out, though, is the creamy texture—it’s velvety, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and even a little butterscotch on the finish.

The slight spice from white pepper and ginger fades quickly, making way for more of that sweetness. That creamy mouthfeel makes this an excellent bourbon to sip neat, but it’s also something I’d consider pairing with a good meal or cigar. Whether you’re new to bourbon or just want something easy-drinking with classic flavors, this one delivers. A solid 91 in my book.
